''The Transition'' is an EP by Say No More, released on January 30, 2006. The CD was, like their debut album ''Stranger in Dreams'' (2004), self-funded and produced by the band. It was issued in a cardboard sleeve, available only at Say No More concerts and at selected online retailers (such as CD Baby and Smartpunk). The song "Perfect Timing" pays homage to Dashboard Confessional and their song "As Lovers Go".
